Task Description:

We are starting a Real estate company that is an advice based business to sell, buy, or rent houses called the Toorak Real Estate Agent. We are looking for a design that can captures our ability to sell and rent house’s giving evaluations and sound advice through a digital format ( Mobile apps, text, online, etc…). I need the logo design for my company “Toorak Real Estate Agent”. I would like it to be colorful and eye catching.

We prefer a simple and clean design that incorporates the following:

1. We would love to have the logo incorporate a house or a building.

2. No cartoons – We want it to be playful but not cheap or childlike.

3. The typeface should be clear, simple and bold. We wanted something that stands out to the buyers.

4. The icon can be before, after, above, below, behind or in between the words.

5. Tag line is Let me put your dreams within reach contact us first.

6. Name of the business Toorak Real Estate Agent.

7. Colours: Blue, White, Black, Text.

8. The design of the logo is to be like a house in the colors.

9. Fonts:

Logo text for Toorak real estate agent I would want to be like Time New Roman, Arial Unicode Ms or something or something sincere to the font in the shadow black.

10. Please don’t use any stock images or clip art in the logo.

To catch the eye of a wider client range.

What do you want the finished design to achieve?

An up end market high quality log that instantly catches the eye of the of the consumers.

ÞPeople from all walks of life. From Young adults through to the Elderly and wealthy looking for a upper class lifestyle.

ÞWe aim to please the upper class the best of real estate agents.

ÞWe believe that we can offer our clients a completely different brand of estate agency to target their needs for renting or buying.

ÞOur services teams are all highly experienced property professionals who are passionate about providing a first class service.

What do you want the audience to feel?

I wanted the audience to have and to feel and see the look of allegiance, stylish, modern, professional, artist, Colorful/conservative and up market.

How do you want the audience to feel about the product?

Like their buying or renting their dream house that their always wanted.

How do you want the audience to feel about themselves?

I would like our clients to feel like they can trust us to find their dream home.

The logo would be supplied by c.d and a printed virgin of logo.

300 width x 150 height (pixels)
2 MB file size (Recommended size no larger than 50KB to ensure quick page loading).
